When it comes to throwing someone in jail for a victimless crime, it's quick and easy.

When it comes to stopping unconstitutional laws and executive orders, the courts are slow and dismissive.

Seriously, how the heck did states implement vaccine mandates for school that eliminated the religious exemption?

Why has this not been dismissed way back?

This is because the legal system is designed to play stupid when it should be smart and logical in order to give cover to political and corporate malfeasance.

City Hall stated that it will continue to appeal these decisions in order to uphold the city's "authority to implement the vaccine mandate" during a health emergency. This is exactly why they are appealing. You see someone above the mayor is telling them to appeal.. They want control for their future plandemic..

YES it's a MAJOR part of why they are appealing

....but what they fail to mention is that we are NOT challenging the mandate in our cases -- we are challenging the denial of our 1dt amendment rights to freedom of religion.

They can settle with us AND be able to implement a new mandate BUT if they do that they must honor religious exemptions in legal fashion next time

OK, and they really do not want people to have anything about GOD in their lives or having that exemption, but what most people do not realize even these city governments and corporations and schools and any authority, they do not hold the power to give or take away a religious exemption.. That power always has resided with the person or people.. When people put in for a religious exemption or any other type of exemption, they are INFORMING the organization that they are taking the exemption period, not requesting it.. We the people have to realize that.. But I understand what you are saying, these EVIL people want to destroy GOD and the people..

They were not vaccines! They were treatment at best! You have the right to refuse treatment! COVID shots didn’t stop infection or transmission.

Good point.

There is legal precedent for what you say, although it still will take another year or more to see how that settles out

Are we putting public pressure on all possible significant mayoral candidates about dropping these appeals?
