This is fantastic!!! Good luck! Today is the one-year anniversary of the sudden death of my DSNY vaccinated nephew Eric. He was only 40 years old.

I am sorry for your loss. I was not made aware of this letter, if I had I would have signed up. I have been following Teachers for Choice, for approximately two years. I was forced into retirement with 23 yrs, as a DOE-ENL teacher. I had no intention of retiring. I am full of hope and enthusiasm that President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Robert Kennedy Jr., will do whatever is possible, to right the wrong done to so many unvaccinated workers.

You should send your own letter to Maro Lago, and attach this letter too!

Thank you for reporting.

Awesome. There are so many more then these 250. Healthcare alone has hundreds of not thousands

Each one of those health care workers should send their OWN LETTER to Trump at Mar a Lago (address above) and include a copy of out letter (pdf)

Brilliant to list all those people by name and job!

Wonderful! It wold be good to find the statistics of access mortality AFTER the mandates and compare it with an average BEFORE 2020, in 2020 and AFTER Dec2020 when the injections where introduced, and then when they were MANDATED! That statistics need to be added, because all those access dead victims AFTER the MANDATES, can't sign any more....

Much appreciated Mathew!

One small point - while on your graph you included the article as "Not rehiring teachers" in NYC it is actually all unvaccianted public employees who are not being hired back. We can REAPPLY for positions, as anyone else can, but there is no preferential treatment or process for the unvaccianted to get back to their old jobs - or to get back ANYWHERE NEAR their old jobs.

Thank you. I will update my graph next time I open it.

Fantastic!! I wish I knew about this so it could have included the court workers who have not been hired back yet by OCA/NYS Courts

Michael Kane's avatar

YES!!!

Write your own letter, send to Mar a Lago, and attach THIS LETTER TOO!!

We need to ask that the statute of limitations for filing religious and medical discrimination suits be lifted so people can file suit for damages including punitive.

WHY was this issue NOT brought up during the mayoral campaign? I would have loved for each candidate to address this.

This issue cannot die in darkness. It needs to be socialized nationally so the rest of the country can understand just WHY we need all illegals to be kicked out and all unvaxxed to be rehired and made whole.

Can you imagine just how great our country could be if we only had legal people here? COVID was the kickoff to the unraveling of the left’s narrative. The left needs to devolve into nothingness.

Does anyone know of a similar letter-writing campaign for fired unvaccinated NYC workers who were forced to move out of state for the reasons stated in this letter? As much as I hope the resolution passes, it is impossible for me and my family to move back for reinstatement. Is there anyone leading the fight for workers in my situation who deserve their back pay and retribution while they tried to rebuild elsewhere? Thank you for your help.

You should ask that question to the City of New York and Eric Adams. Workers in your situation should launch a similar letter-writing campaign for unvaccinated employees who were forced to move out, retired early, resigned or signed the waiver under duress. Please be advised that the multiple letters New York Workers for Choice wrote to influential figures and lawmakers at all levels of government included and advocated for unlawfully terminated or displaced workers and business owners in your situation who are in desperate need of relief. Eric Adams' reinstatement proposal should not discriminate against any person who has been affected by the unconstitutional COVID-19 mandates. Differential treatment is illegal!
