I’m so sorry that individuals like him ,who are injured and not at their bests, then have to fight in court with legal fees to get a few bucks of compensation that may never recover the health, strength, and employability they once had. My heart aches for him.
Quality of life stolen by the US Government, this was not a mistake. He is probably a pharma customer for life, for heart meds, to boot. I am glad he took it to the courts, I hope New York judges wake the hell up.
