I don't see any sign that Trump has any real interest in adopting Kennedy's platform, as you point out. If he did, he would have brought it up during the debate. All we got to hear about during the debate was lies about the Central Park Exonerated, and a bunch of self-centered crap. Trump and his team only want Kennedy's supporters' votes.
Todd Callendar, Esq, also reports that due to Trump invoking the Emergency Act in 2020 that our Constitution was put on hold. This was NEVER REMOVED before he left office. Todd is one that everyone should listen to. This is why they can do what they do 4 years later!

Trump needs to publicly testify his commitment to Mr Kennedy's platform. We the people who have backed the Kennedy campaign need some assurance that the R's don't stab Mr Kennedy in the back as the D's have done. I want to believe but having observed too many election cycles it gets harder each time. We still need a independent campaign to change the corporate captured government we have. My Kennedy yard sign is still out there and I don't even know if we're on the ballot in New York state. For a year and a half I was part of a campaign without fear and loathing, I now feel that has ended. Make Mr Kennedy the official head of the transition team and give him authority to veto corporate captured cabinet nominees.

Remember, during his first term Trump was supposed to give Kennedy and Siri access to the vaccine database and delayed until he claimed he did it because bill Gates said it wasn't worth it.

The law? I constantly hear how our system is broken by design. It is, however Siri has told us that they never did the biannual vaccine safety reports since the 86 act was passed. All they have to do is follow the law. Then, the vaccine house of cards will fall.
All Trump needs to do is stop pretending like he did with Kennedy and Siri last time and give them full access to expose how the whole vaccine program, not just COVID, is absolute garbage.
Trump likes to say a lot of things but never follow through. Is Kennedy prepared to call him out on it if he's stonewalling like he did last time?

This is a VERY unique and historic situation and opportunity.
Trump can only promise so much to RFK directly without violating the law.
I see clear signs Kennedy is doing a great job using his leverage, but us rank & file voters need to use OUR leverage TOO!
