In the 9th Circuit, the court tried to construe my complaint to mean something other than what was plead. Before that, the EEOC turned a blind eye to the unlawful discrimination. Fortunately, a case, not mine, finally made a breakthrough and just like that, the COVID house of cards came crashing down. Now, the teachers in LA have a much better chance of regaining employment, we shall see. Best of luck to you all. Keep up the fight against the unjust justice system.

can't even read this, it is SO CRUEL. Not even asking how much money is involved here with attorneys ~500$/hr....

Just on few details, that CA attorney mentioned that 'pope excuse' argument for rejecing all the lawsuits. But somehow she did manage to overcome that deception and got her clients the right reimbursement! Maybe you all could get in touch with her??

Also there are more and more of the newest bombshells from all over, about scientists proving the presence of SV40 promoter seqeunces causing cancer, while extracting it from deceased bodies of the injected victims(!), who turned into cancer patients.

Last but not least, since that SV40 piece of genome is foreign, it could have only get incorporated in one process: GENE THERAPY, insertion into the human genome!!!!! That on itself is totally illegal, thus criminal if without the human consent!!! PLEASE USE THAT AS NO1 argument, that's the truth I'm fighting for the last FIVE YEARS BY NOW.

From just reading today's article and almost all the past ones, it doesn't make any sense at all that the court didn't recognize your exemption. How can they make a unilateral decision that your religion doesn't matter because you're not catholic? I'm glad you're pushing for a full court review; will each judge have to go on record? I hope so.

What they did was worse.

They completely ignored the religious animus I was subjected to.

They did not rule on it at all - in fact in my opinion they LIED and said my attorneys presented "no evidence" of religious animus.

This is just completely untrue.

This is a trick they are using to trust to make it impossible for us to get review by SCOTUS.

But it's not over yet..
