Compensation should be included with reinstatement!!!

We get to continue to sue for compensation, but NYC won't volunteer it

Michael you won in the Supreme Court in Staten Island for your job back and compensation! I am very happy for you! You have done so much and worked very hard with other organizations to help those who were fired for refusing the Covid shot. You deserve it all!

Yes I won that case but I NEVER went back to work because NYC appealed. So we shall see if this will be a real path back to work or not. We will know soon

I believe you will be allowed back in your class with full compensation. They have cleared the path in your case. Now the rest of us must get lawyers and hopefully we will win as well!🙏❤️

This hearing didn't even apply to terminated DOE employees. It was a great disappointment to learn this after sitting on the call for hours. The representatives stated that DOE employees looking to return need to simply send an email to the address mentioned in Mayor Adams' statement. Sadly, many of us have emailed and have received no response

That may change. We will see what feedback we get. More soon

whoever is still having ANY hope for the CURRENT GOVERNMENT is completely disillusional. SORRY ALL THE EVIDENCE of their ACTIONS POINTS TO A TOTAL DERAILMENT OF HUMANITY, intentionally and on purpose. My cup is full.

There are people in NYC who are poor and destitute. Getting the chance to work as a teacher, kitchen worker, garbage man etc... may save their lives, families and retirements.
