There have been dozens and dozens of NYC cases over termination for refusing the COVID shot. I don't know who gave you what advise regarding a "judge in Queens" so it is difficult to reply to your comment.
Unfortunately, Michael, I never filed a lawsuit against them, and the statute of limitations has already run out. My only hope now is the outcome of your case in the Supreme Court, or maybe a future class action if one comes up.

I am curious as to why some are in a lawsuit but when I tried I was told the judge in Queens already denied?
