The Garvey Case goes to oral arguments on appeal in Brooklyn, NY

Sixteen unvaccinated NYC sanitation workers fired for declining the COVID shot made international headlines when they won their jobs back with back pay in New York Supreme Court in 2022

BUT,

NYC appealed that victory and because of this no one has returned to their jobs.

NOW these sanitation workers will have their day in appeals court so we all need to show support and pack the courtroom!

This is not a TEACHERS FOR CHOICE case but we fully support it and recognize whatever happens here will have an impact on all cases for fired unvaccinated workers in NYC.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO SHOW UP BIG!!!
